Bequests
A simple way to leave a legacy gift to the Pennsylvania Innocence Project is by making a bequest in your will. If you already have a will, you can include the Pennsylvania Innocence Project by making a provision. Please check with your legal advisor about making this provision in your will.

“I give to the Pennsylvania Innocence Project the sum of $_____ (or __% of my residuary estate) for the unrestricted use and purposes of the organization [or specify restricted purpose].”

Gifts from Retirement Accounts

Donors over the age of 70-1/2 may support the Project’s work by making charitable gifts up to a total of $100,000 each year from their IRA or other retirement accounts. Please contact your legal or financial advisor about these possible methods and let us know if you need any input from us.
