Letter to the PA Board of Pardons

Today the Pennsylvania Innocence Project, joined by many other organizations and lawmakers, urged the Board of Pardons to engage in a substantial consideration of clemency applications so that the incarcerated innocent and other deserving individuals have a second chance at life outside prison walls.
